To compliment the growth in business, in 1998 Bob Wild Grass Machinery was appointed approved dealer for John Deere compact tractors and groundcare equipment; with this came rapid growth in business and the large range of equipment available through John Deere has created many new customers.
BWGM prides itself on a fast and efficient back-up service which can only succeed with the backing of a major manufacturer such as John Deere. A direct computer link to John Deere enables BWGM to source parts for next day delivery from the UK or 2-3 days from America. All this ensures the customer's machine is back in working order as soon as possible.
At present 13 full-time and 1 part-time member of staff are involved in the sale and servicing of anything from a small electric mower to a large golf club fairway machine.
A large selection of second-hand or ex-demonstartion machinery is available, which can be supplied and delivered throughout the UK.
